“All these years, I was used to working for companies. Never thought that I would be an entrepreneur and thinking to set my own team. This industry makes me see things differently & plan far than I expected. It has also given me the opportunity to achieve my goal- having a work-life balance- as I am more in control of my time. I am passionate to be working with AIA to help more Malaysians, create values into their lives & be there to listen. I see the potential of career growth & income growth in this career over the years. I aim to achieve a Star Convention in the 2022 Tokyo trip, have a continuous stable income every month and become a people manager of my own team. I plan to achieve this through good planning, having good time management & not giving up easily. I am positive in overcoming any obstacle that I may face and be accountable to the decision that I made to come into this career. My advice to others: If you made up your mind to seek what you want in your life, just go for it. Don’t regret it. Time waits for no one. Opportunities will slip away.”
